Training

Initial training

We’re proud of the warm welcome we provide to every new member of the Sykes Family, and your first few weeks will set you up for success, with an orientation programme and ‘meet the teams’ sessions. Our Operational teams are fully supported, with a 12-week training programme and a team of Training Ambassadors who know the job inside out.

Professional Skills

Once you’re up and running, you might feel ready to stretch yourself. We support professional study, from apprenticeships to ACCA to CIPD. We also offer short courses via LinkedIn Learning to keep you developing your technical skills. We’re big on development planning and helping you to define and shout about your short and long-term goals too.

Management and leadership

We provide a range of courses designed to suit everyone, whether you are new to management or have years of experience under your belt. Current managers can develop their existing skills by joining our 12-month Enhance programme or undertaking refresher training with our intensive 12-week Inspire course, while aspiring managers may wish to take their first steps towards management by signing up to our BOLD programme.

We know growth isn’t just about your current or next role. We’ve crafted a range of personal skills workshops, accessible at every stage of your career. You can learn emotional resilience, money management or yoga, no matter your current role or next move.
