Our purpose

We are an ambitious business, so it is not unusual to see a "BHAG" (for the uninitiated, that's a Big Hairy Audacious Goal) set out at our annual conference. However, we are more than just big numbers and constant growth; we recognise that our success is built on providing a fantastic experience for our customers and property owners, and we are always striving to be the best in the business. We are also honest about our environmental impact – we realise that profit cannot come at a cost to the planet – and we set ambitious goals to be an accountable, sustainable business.

Company goal statement

For over 30 years, we have had the pleasure of working with property owners and customers to support UK tourism. Our purpose remains unchanged: to connect customers with holiday homes to create memorable experiences through exceptional service.

We also recognise we have a responsibility to ensure our company's purpose has a positive social and environmental impact. The values that drive our behaviours are embedded across the whole organisation. These, in turn, drive what we do and create a common set of goals and understanding.


Profit and purpose

We support the Better Business Act, calling for a simple change to legislation to make directors of business accountable for the impact their business has on people and the planet, not just shareholder profits.
